Baby #19: A New Idea

 So... The kids went to prom while Ana had twin girls Lina and Annika.

A lot happened at prom.

Both of the twins went alone, but each came out with a lover.

Charlie's was Lisa Ursine, and Bella's was Larry Keaton.

Neither was anything serious, just someone to hang out with.

Bella ended up stepping on a few toes, and Charlie got rejected for a dance with a lonely kid, but all in all they had a good time.

 This was Charlie's sweet prom picture.

- He's a stud.

 Bella's was... well, interesting.

- She's very artistic, ya know.

 Didn't I mention? Charlie was voted Prom King. 

He's ridiculously popular.

After Lina and Annika were born, the bills were piling up faster than usual.

However, this wouldn't be a problem due to Ryder's well paying job at the hospital.

He wasn't quite a doctor yet, but he was getting there.

 While paying the bills, Ana found a curious package in the mail.

 More dolls, this time for Lina and Annika.

- The dolls are so creepy. *shudder*

Your kids like them, so shut it. xD

Well, Bella was in quite a mood this Saturday.

She really wanted to prank people and cause some trouble.

 So, she started egging this house that was a safe enough distance from her own that they probably wouldn't chase her the whole way. Bellatrix is a smart girl, even when she's being so stupid as to egg a house.

 Yeah, Yumi here isn't too amused with her.

So unamused, in fact, that she called the cops.

- She's an old hag anyway... but >.<

 Tia Rose showed up to escort Bella home.

- Isn't that the cop who failed at stopping the robber that one time?

Yup. She sucks. Sunset Valley needs better law enforcement.

 Someone's going to get it when they get home.

 "What the hell were you thinking?" Ana screamed at her unsuspecting daughter.
"Uhh... I don't know, I just... thought it would be fun..." Bella shied away, knowing what was coming.

 "Fun? How's this for fun? You're grounded for... the rest of your life!"
Ana's not pretty when she gets mad, no sir.

Bella wasn't about to spend the rest of her teenage years in this house.

So she tried her hardest to please Ana, so she would get out of it.

 Bella took on the gargantuan task of cleaning the bathroom.

The shower needed more help than anything.

 Well, except maybe the vomit encrusted toilet.

Bella wasn't quite off the hook yet, but no matter - Ana was in a better mood.

It was time for little Shane to become a child!~

 He was visibly excited about this prospect.

- I think it was just the cake.

Probably.

 Apparently Shane's imaginary friend thought it was time to get bigger too.

- What's that? o.o

You haven't seen it stalking Shane around?

- No...

Interesting. Don't worry about it.

 Here's Shane as a child.

He's a pretty cute kid.

He seems to really like aliens and the color green.

 Lina was always more content in her crib with her doll.

 So was Annika. It seemed a bit strange to Ana, since she thought they were creepy.

 Ryder was such a good dad, that he even threw a birthday party for babies.

 First up was Lina, the older twin.

 Followed immediately by Annika.

Ana never lets anyone else bring her babies to the cakes.

- Well. They're MY babies. *huff*

 And here is our gorgeous little Lina.

She's got both Ryder's hair and eyes, just like Shane.

His traits seem to be pretty dominant.

 Annika's obviously got Ana's hair, and strangely enough golden eyes.

Who knows where those came from.

 Shane was often making strange faces, seemingly to himself.

 But he saw his best friend Cara making them right back at him.

 He told ghost stories to "no one."

The rest of the family found it a bit strange, but for Shane, it was normal.

 His best friend was there listening, oohing and aahing in all the right places.

 He would even pillow fight with Cara.

 Seeing Shane getting whacked by nothing is quite a strange sight.

- I kind of thought he was insane.

 - But I mean, he's definitely getting whacked...

 Yeah. By his imaginary friend, his best friend, Cara. xD

In the middle of the night, Lina woke up and flat out refused to go to sleep again.

 Ana took her out to ride on the spring rider, hopefully to tire her out.

 Problem was, Lina didn't want to get off of that thing.

"Don't give me attitude, girl." Ana found Lina's defiance quite amusing.

- This picture... is awesome... sometimes, I'm glad you stalk my life.

 Hhmph.

Since "no" seemed to be the only word in Lina's vocabulary at this point, Ana took her inside to teach her other important words.

 "Flower. They're pretty, just like you."

 Annika played with her imaginary friend while her sister learned.

She didn't care - Fluffy was one of the most important things to her.

 "Monster. Like, the Loch Ness Monster. That's scary business if you ask me."
Ana, with the way you teach, it's a miracle your kids are all smart.

- Thanks? *scoff*

 The next morning, Bella found it necessary to beg for Ana's forgiveness.

"I cleaned the shower... and the toilet, gross... and did all the dishes! Can I please, PLEASE be ungrounded? I promise I'll never ever do anything bad ever again..." She even pouted at the end.

 "Eh, fine, you're good. Enjoy it."

And Bella literally jumped with joy.

 "He-ey Dad. Mom ungrounded me."
"Yeah. What do you want now?" Ryder teased.
"Can you pleeeease teach me how to drive?"
"Let's go!"
Ryder had been looking forward to this day.

He loves his kids, he loves cars - why not combine the two?

 Ryder was a much better driving instructor than Ana would have been.

He was patient and calm through all of the bumps and such, where Ana would have freaked out.

- I would have, no doubt.

 While alone, Lina did nothing but play with her friend Jelly Bean here.

 Oh, and here's Bella's trophy from her ballet days - she was the best in the class.

 "Yes, sunshine! That's what you are to me - you are my sunshine, my only sunshine."

"Buttafwy!"

 Teamwork is key - look at that cooperation.

 "So then I was like, Cara is totally real, but mom was like, 'uh, sure Shane, whatever you say,' but I know she doesn't believe me. I wish they could see you Cara!"

 "That would be awesome, Shane, but how?"

"I dunno..."

 Ryder continues to mortify each one of his children, in turn, with the claw.

Ana was getting incredibly sick of being at home.

 So, you know, she went out and bought a new car.

A 2012 Ford Fusion, actually.

She thought it was more family friendly than her previous car anyway.

- The way Bella drove it was kinda scary, according to Ryder. So, this is a better choice.

*blink* Okay.

(Is it just me, or was that SO not Ana?)

 Anyway, she drove her brand new car to the park, where she just sit on the fountain for a few hours.

Back at the house, the kids were hanging out peacefully, doing their own thing.

 As it turns out, Charlie is quite the natural on the guitar.

He was already very good, even though it was his first time really playing.

 Bella was great with the paint brush, too.

Those were some talented twins.

Both signed up for after school activities, too - Charlie in the Music Club and Bella in the Art Club.

They both thoroughly enjoyed it.

Ryder was putting the girls to bed before spending the night with Ana.

"No go Daddy..."
AWH, LINA LOVES HER DADDY.

It's just so cute.

 Ana and Ryder spent some time dancing.

Sure it was 11 pm and Ryder always has to work at 9, but whatever.

 They danced for a good couple hours.

They just got the best stereo on the market - how could the two resist?

They continued outside to have a deep discussion under the stars.

 "It's about time for another baby, isn't it?" Ryder questioned.
"Yeah, I was thinking about that. We're just going to have a bunch of kids that all look like each other, you know that? That's a lot of the appeal of the challenge. Different hair colors, different eyes, different skin..."
"Well, we can't do much about the eyes or skin. How about we do something fun, like, dye our hair before every baby?" Ryder grinned.
"You'd be willing to do that?"
"Well, why not? It'll be fun. Let's start with favorite colors. I'll go green, you go purple."

Ana couldn't help but giggle. "Okay, sounds like a plan."
This might be another reason she loves him so much.

He's such a goof ball.

And, so, yeah, I guess they're dying their hair before every baby, now...

This should be interesting.

 Ana didn't want to be too drastic, so she just put her hair down

and added pink highlights and purple tips to her natural blondeness.

 Ryder went black with green highlights and tips.

 "Baby time. Purple or green haired baby time."

 So, you know, they got romantic about it, because that's what couples in love do.
"By the way, your hair is really sexy down." *insert winky face here*

 *~*

 Yeah, I'm pretty sure Ana feels sexy with the hair down.

- I do. I like it. ;D

 - It's a lot harder to keep out of the vomit stream, though...

 Lina was already completely skilled, but Annika needed to finish learning how to walk.

She was a fast learner though, so it took no time at all.

 Ana had a weird sushi craving after puking that one time, so she made it.

She was getting to be a really good cook by now, with all the experience.

 Apparently this baby really likes the seafood.

 And everyone else likes this baby.

Charlie very much enjoyed feeling it kick.

 The noises kind of freaked out Ryder, though.

 Ana brushed up on her parenting skills again during this pregnancy - not that she needed to.

She's kind of a pro by now.

 She's also a pro at preggo swaggin'.

 And getting toddlers to sleep - especially rebellious ones, like Lina.

 So, I have no idea what was going on here.

It's just hilarious.

Ana's dad called her up that day.

Nah, we haven't met him yet, but apparently he wanted to come chill.

Cool, cool.

Oh yeah - he was bringing Ana's little brother because he met Shane in school and they really hit it off.

 Charlie greeted his grandpa - and they were friends right away!

You can see where Ana gets her hair from, although Gregory's is a bit faded with age.

 

Both sets of twins ended up having birthdays while their grandpa was there.

 First Charlie and Bella~!

 Then Lina and Annika.

 So he didn't dress the best at first, but Charlie's cute.

 ... Yeah, same with Bella. xD

 Apparently cake induces labor - Ana sure had enough of it.

 Shane freaked out.

 So did Ana's little brother, Manu...

He screamed like a little girl.

 Okay. So. Ana was in the hospital, but that didn't stop Lina and Annika from changing their looks.

Lina was pretty stylish - she picked all this out herself.

 Annika was on the same page - the twins liked to be the same.

 Both of their imaginary friends got bigger too.

 Lina enjoyed big Jelly Bean a lot.

 Fluffy kept Annika entertained too - they shared gossip about everyone in town.

 "Did you hear? Chloe Vanderbilt cheated on Leighton Sekemoto!"
... o.o Good to know, child.

The children didn't go to bed, since their parents weren't around - but they got their butts in bed when they heard the door close, which meant there was a new baby in the house.

 Another girl, baby #19 - Marissa Vanderbilt.
